When using your ActivBody, you should feel the sensation comfortably - but your muscles should never twitch or contract.

So long as you follow this very simple rule, you cannot overdose your therapy. Therefore use the table below as an initial guide, until you get to know your body’s needs.

Then apply the therapy as required for as long as necessary.
